There is a new web site I have joined for over a week now.  It might be found to be semi-exclusive for Filipinos because the local language is predominantly used by members on the site.  What really attracted me to join was the free ads it offers.  Aside from that, there is membership upgrade but you don't have to shell out money.  Upgrade can made with the number of credits a member earns.  The upgrade system is unique.  With a minimum of 10 credits you could upgrade for one day.  That's not common with other web sites!

Sulit.com is also like a social site with an ebay-like system.  You can find a Buy and Sell link there.  Earning credits is simple, not complicated like other web sites.  There are several ways to earn those credits.  You can post their banner at your web site, invite friends, post comments and many others.  I believe any English speaking nationality who joins will find it alright because most, if not all, members can communicate in English.
