Some time in February 2008, I was to be interviewed through an overseas telephone call but the interviewer specifically asked if I had VoIP.  I informed them that I did not have one but it would be quite easy for me to subscribe to one.  It was indeed easy but before I could use the facility, I did not know it became more complicated compared to one I subscribed to about 4 years ago.
